The Best Connection Group Ltd are currently looking for reliable and professional Class 2 Drivers to join our client based in Stoke. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a well established distribution operation delivering chilled, frozen and ambient goods to stores nationwide.
About the role:
- Average of 5-10 drops per day
- Delivery using roll cages unloaded via tail lift
- Starts between 04:00 and 06:00am
- Shifts available across a 7-day operation
- Flexible ad-hoc shifts or rota shifts available
- Ongoing work with temp-to-perm opportunities
- Ensuring all products are delivered safely and on time
- Maintaining excellent customer service and vehicle standards
Requirements:
- Valid HGV Class 2 licence
- Good communication and time-keeping skills
- Flexibility to work across different days and early start times
Pay rates: £37,000 per annum – based on 42 hours per week with overtime available. Basic rate of £17.64 per hour. An assessment is required prior to starting which will include driving, theory and drugs and alcohol tests.
