Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced FLT Flexi Drivers to join our team in a fast-paced 3PL warehouse environment. The role involves safely and efficiently unloading and loading trailers across multiple customer contracts, as well as picking stock both using MHE and manually.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate FLT Flexi trucks in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Load and unload trailers for multiple customer contracts.
  • Pick stock accurately using MHE or by hand as required.
  • Support general warehouse operations to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Follow all site health & safety rules and company procedures.
  • Work flexibly to meet varying start and finish times.

Requirements:

  • Valid FLT Flexi experience or Valid Counterbalance or Reach for conversion.
  • Previous warehouse and MHE experience - min 2 years.
  • Ability to carry out manual handling and physical tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in picking.
  • Flexibility to adapt to varying workloads and shift times.
  • Good team player with a proactive attitude.
