The Best Connection Melksham are looking for reliable 3.5t drivers to join our Radstock based client's driving team. You will be working any 5 days between Monday and Saturday, with early 6am starts and the opportunity to work with a friendly & supportive team.
- £13.25 per hour
- OR £17.00 ph if with an approved Umbrella Company
- 5 day shifts between Monday and Saturday
- Immediate start
Using a hand-held scanner and a route planner, you will be making timely deliveries of caged or palletised goods to retail sites, events and festival sites around the South and South-West. You will also be performing daily vehicle checks, reporting any defects and maintaining a high standard of customer service.
Requirements
- 6 months Commercial driving experience
- A good level of fitness (as some heavy lifting)
- Proficient in using technical aids such as PDA's and Sat-Navs
- Experience in making timed delivieries essential
- A right to work in the UK
- Access to a smartphone or device to complete our online registration process.
