We’re recruiting Food Production Operatives to join a busy factory in Redruth. With roles available in quality control, filleting, scallop cutting, weighing, packing, palletising, and dispatch, there are opportunities to suit a range of skills and interests.
Shift Pattern: Day shift: 06:00 – 15:00 Full-time
Your Duties May Include:
- Receiving and checking fish and shellfish for quality
- Filleting fish and scallop cutting (training provided)
- Weighing fish to meet portion sizes
- Making and assembling trays and packaging
- Packing and labelling finished products
- Stacking fillets and palletising products for dispatch
- Dispatch duties – preparing and checking orders for delivery
- Maintaining hygiene and cleanliness standards
- Working as part of a team to meet production targets
