The Best Connection are recruiting for Mechanical Assemblers for its busy Redditch based manufacturing client. This is a varied role with ongoing opportunities, training and progression.

Duties Include:

  • Mechanical assembly of components and sub‑assemblies
  • Using hand and power tools safely
  • Reading and following technical drawings and build instructions
  • Inspecting finished products to ensure quality standards are met
  • Carrying out testing procedures using specialist equipment
  • Supporting production targets in a fast-paced environment
  • Masking / Spraying / Packaging completed units
