Salary

£16.00 per hour

The Best Connection Melksham are looking for a reliable Class 1 driver to join our Radstock based client's driving team.

You will be working any 2-4 days between Monday and Saturday 13:00 to 21:30, with our friendly & supportive client.

Using a hand‑held scanner and a route planner, you will be making one drop per shift to any of their clients around the South and South-West.

You will also be performing daily vehicle checks, reporting any defects and maintaining a high standard of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work 2-4 shifts between Monday and Saturday, 13:00 to 21:30.
  • Use a hand‑held scanner and route planner to make one drop per shift.
  • Perform daily vehicle checks, report defects, and maintain high customer service standards.

Qualifications

  • A valid Category CE licence.
  • At least 6 months of commercial driving experience.
