We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Production Operatives to join our client in a busy manufacturing environment operating across several key stages of the production process. This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for supporting the safe, efficient, and high-quality production of goods through multiple specialist stations on the line.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor equipment across multiple stations.
  • Ensure temperatures, timings, and processing steps are followed correctly to maintain product quality.
  • Carry out routine quality checks, bag weight, and seal integrity.
  • Keep all work areas clean, hygienic, and compliant with safety standards.
  • Load materials and support smooth product flow through each stage of production.
  • Identify any faults, defects, or issues and report them promptly to the supervisor.
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and all health & safety guidelines.
  • Support the wider team in meeting daily output and efficiency targets.
  • Rotate between stations as required to maintain an efficient production line.

Requirements:
