The predicted salary is between 15 - 19 £ per hour.

Your client, a renowned paint manufacturer, requires a new Production Operative for the busy night shift.

Shift schedule: after training, rotational day shifts (0600‑1400/1400‑2200) for a number of weeks, then nights (2200‑0600). Current schedule involves 5 nights a week (to be confirmed).

Pay rate: £19.23 per hour after training; £15.39 during training.

Ideal candidates have a manufacturing or factory background, or strong attitude and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide specified products in line with procedures to meet company quality standards.
  • Adhere to production planning schedules.
  • Ensure duties are carried out efficiently to minimise costs and waste.
  • Follow health and safety regulations, maintain safe‑working practices.
  • Coordinate your workplace and maintain a high standard of housekeeping.
  • Achieve production targets to contribute to department objectives.
  • Ensure that products are manufactured safely in a chemical environment.
