Our client, a household name in the logistics industry, is recruiting enthusiastic van drivers to join its growing team. Successful candidates receive full training, including 1-2 days of compliance and system training followed by 1-2 weeks of shadowing with an experienced team member. Once settled, you will be allocated a fixed route and support the warehouse team in loading your vehicle, completing up to 70 drops per day. All drivers must be physically fit and comfortable with multi-drop deliveries.
Location: Northampton
Pay Rates:
- £14.25 per hour for the first 45 hours worked per week
- £21.38 per hour for 45+ hours worked per week
- £28.50 per hour for bank holiday and Sundays
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday
- 07:00am or 8:30am start times, typically routed for 9-10 hours
- Start time is dependent on allocated route
