The Best Connection are currently recruiting for a Horticultural Worker for our client based in Normandy, Guildford to start next week.

Responsibilities:

  • Potting plants and ensuring they are well cared for
  • Assisting with general horticultural duties (watering, pruning, feeding, weeding)
  • Maintaining a clean and organised workspace
  • Helping with plant displays and preparing stock for sale

Qualifications:

  • Someone with a passion for plants and the outdoors
  • Good attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • No previous experience required – full training provided

Hours: 8am until 4.30pm. 8 hours work with 2 15 minute paid tea breaks and a 30 minute unpaid lunch break.

Pay: £12.80 per hour
