The Best Connection Newcastle is currently recruiting for a prestigious manufacturing client who is looking to expand their team with a Temp-to-Perm position.

The Role

  • Line Feeding: Keeping production moving by supplying materials.
  • Tipping Trailers: Unloading and loading delivery vehicles.
  • Outdoor Work: Moving stock between units, meaning you must be comfortable working in all weather conditions.

Hours and Rates

  • Pay Rate: £14.57 per hour for all hours worked.
  • Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
  • Job Security: 13-week temporary-to-permanent transition for the right candidate.

The Shift Pattern

  • Monday to Friday.
  • You must be able to commit to a weekly rotating 3-shift pattern:
  • Early: 07:00 – 15:00
  • Backs: 15:00 – 23:00
  • Nights: 23:00 – 07:00

Requirements

  • Valid Counterbalance FLT Licence.
  • Full UK Driving Licence (essential as you will operate between two local sites).
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic.
