The Best Connection is looking for an experienced Bench / Joiner / Cabinet Maker for a temporary to permanent role with our client in Morley. The successful candidate will work from drawings and manufacture bespoke furniture, maintaining a high quality of workmanship to ensure smooth delivery of projects on time.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

  • Read drawings and create cutting lists, meeting benchmarks for each project.
  • Experience with most machinery found within a joinery workshop.
  • Skilled in high-quality bench-joinery manufacturing.
  • Hold Joinery qualifications (Level 3).
  • 2–3 years of experience in a joinery or cabinetry workshop.
  • Experience in bespoke furniture making.
  • Utilise hand and power tools accurately for joinery and carpentry tasks.
  • Assemble and fabricate components as per project specifications.
  • Perform quality-control checks to ensure all work meets industry standards.
  • Collaborate with team members, communicating progress and addressing issues.
