Title: Machine Operative / Production Assistant The Best Connection Group Limited is recruiting for a Mounter / Machine Operator on behalf of one of our well-known clients in the Crewe area. Interviews for the position to be held on the 7th January.

Previous experience isn’t essential, full training is provided.

Daily duties will include:

Assisting print assistants, correctly print plates onto correct sized cylinders

Print plates according to job specification

Log any errors and report to Managers

Ability to follow instructions

Have a good level of attention to detail

Someone who is calm

Able to follow orders

The below are the working weeks, then are are on rotation. 07:00am-19:00pm.

Week 1: SUNDAY/MONDAY/TUESDAY (followed by 7 days off)

Week 2: WEDNESDAY/THURSDAY/FRIDAY (followed by 1 day off)

While training the hours will be 08:00am-16:00pm.

Hourly rate: £12.55ph then will increase once a 12 week period is completed.

Benefits & Requirements:

  • Hourly rate as above (not age dependent)

  • 28 days Paid Annual Leave pro-rata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday)

  • Induction Training

  • Oncall Support

  • Ongoing Assignment

  • Pension Scheme

  • Possible permanent position following a successful trial period
