Hours: Flexible across all shifts | 6:00am–2:45pm, 9:00am–5:45pm, 2:30pm–10:30pm | 5 days out of 7 | 40 hour week

The role: We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join a busy food manufacturing site based in Mitcham. This role will involve working on a fast‑paced production line, assisting with the preparation, assembly, and packaging of food products while ensuring high standards of quality, hygiene, and safety are maintained at all times. This is a temp‑to‑perm opportunity, ideal for candidates with production or factory experience looking for long‑term work.
The Key Responsibilities of the Production Operative:
- Work on a production line preparing and packaging food products
- Handle ingredients and assist with basic food preparation
- Pack, label, and check products ready for dispatch
- Carry out quality checks to ensure product standards are met
