The Best Connection are currently recruiting for a Class 1 Driver on behalf of a well-known steel distributor based in Liverpool. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a permanent position with a reputable company.
Monday- Friday £15.60 per hour (PAYE)
Flatbed work - No touching the load, just simply use the straps to secure the load.
Key Responsibilities- Transporting steel products safely and efficiently
- Ensuring all loads are compliant with safety regulations
- Carrying out daily vehicle checks
- Maintaining high standards of professionalism on the road
- Valid Class 1 (Cat CE) licence
- Valid CPC & Digital Tachograph Card
- Minimum 12 months Class 1 due to insurance purposes
- Knowledge of ratchet straps and load securing
- Reliable and professional attitude
