You will be working within a workshop environment carrying out a variety of production and assembly tasks, including:
- Assembling valves from machined components
- Completing basic functional testing
- General workshop duties such as packing and dispatch
- Supporting additional production processes when required
- Working towards daily team targets
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workspace
There are three departments recruiting. Two roles are more physically demanding and involve manual handling. One role is lighter in nature.
Monday to Friday 08:30 – 17:00
£12.94 per hour
Overtime available and paid at £19.41 per hour
What We’re Looking For
Full training is provided, however candidates must have:
- Some form of assembly or production experience
- Confidence using hand tools (e.g. spanners)
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong numeracy and literacy (reading and following job sheets)
- A reliable, positive, and team-focused attitude
- Flexibility to work overtime when required
Attitude and reliability are key.
Location & Travel
Candidates must live locally to Knutsford or have their own transport. Train transport is not suitable due to distance from the site.
Additional Information
Temporary to permanent roles. 10 roles available initially, with strong potential for further growth.
