The Best Connection are currently recruiting an experienced Sewing Machinist to support a well established company based in Stockton on Tees. As a Sewing Machinist you will be responsible for working as part of a small team to manufacture products to meet customer satisfaction and tight deadlines. The position will become permanent after a three month period.
Responsibilities:
- Manufacture of customer products on industrial sewing machines (Includes single needle, twin, overlock and short and long arm)
- Adhere to strict health and safety requirements when using the machines
- Quality checking of own work
Candidate Requirements:
- Exceptional organisational skills
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, flexible and adaptable
- Ability to work under pressure
Working Hours:
08:00 am till 16:30 pm Monday to Thursday and 08.00-13.00 Friday
Pay Rates: GBP13.44 per hour
