The Best Connection are currently recruiting for a Concrete Operative to work for a well-established Precast Manufacturing site based in Somercotes. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team within a hands-on, rewarding industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- General manual labour within a Precast Concrete
- Setting up casting beds and moulds
- Ensuring all health & safety procedures are followed
- Supporting production and maintaining a clean working environment
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in manufacturing, construction, or groundworks
- Strong work ethic and reliability (job longevity preferred)
- Comfortable with manual, physical work
- Basic understanding of working with tools and materials
- Must have the right to work in the UK
- Must be able to pass a drug & alcohol test prior to starting
Working Hours:
- Monday: 06:00 - 16:30
- Tuesday: 06:00 - 16:30
- Thursday: 06:00 - 16:00
- Friday: 06:00 - 15:30
£13.22 per hour (0.90P bonus per hour, totalling £14.12 per hour) £19.83 on Saturdays. Weekly pay through The Best Connection. Onsite parking available. Dedicated support from your local Mansfield branch team.
