Associate IT Administrator to join our team and provide support across IT, infrastructure, systems administration, and end-user technology services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, operating systems, and standard software.
  • Support the ongoing availability and performance of IT systems through routine maintenance, updates, and patching.
  • Monitor system alerts, logs, and performance issues, escalating problems where required.
  • Provide first‑line technical support and assist users with IT‑related queries.
  • Support backup, recovery, and security procedures.
