We are currently recruiting Security Catering Operative to join a well-established aviation catering operation based at Gatwick Airport. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking for secure, full-time employment with long-term career prospects within logistics distribution and supply chain industry. No previous airport experience or SIA licence is required. Available Shifts

  • Day Shift: 08:00 – 16:00 - £13.50 per hour
  • Night Shift: 22:00 – 06:00 - £14.00 per hour

Both shifts operate on a 4 on, 2 off rotating shift pattern.

The Role

As a Security Catering Operative, you will play an important role in supporting airline catering operations, ensuring products and equipment are prepared and handled efficiently to meet operational schedules. Duties include:

  • Preparing and packing airline catering items
  • Handling catering equipment and supplies
  • Loading and unloading products safely
  • Following food hygiene, health and safety procedures
  • Maintaining cleanliness within the working area
  • Working efficiently to meet operational deadlines

This is a physically active role and involves manual handling throughout the shift.
