HGV Class 1 Driver (JN -082025-4706) Coventry, England
We are looking for experienced Class 1 drivers to deliver goods to stores across the country from our base in Coventry.
Candidates must be comfortable with cage work at drop points and pass a pre‑employment assessment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver to stores nationwide with a focus on efficient, on‑time service.
- Work flexible shift patterns, covering weekend shifts from Friday to Tuesday or Thursday to Monday.
- Start between 02:00 and 06:00, with long days and occasional overnight duty.
- Perform handball operations and manage stock deliveries.
Qualifications
- Proven experience driving a Class 1 vehicle.
- Pay & Pattern
- Regular hours 02:00–20:00: £18.21–£21.31 per hour.
- Unsociable hours 20:00–06:00: £21.31 per hour.
- Night out: £26.20 per shift with a minimum of 8 hours paid the next day.
- Guarantee of 8 hours per shift.
