The Best Connection Staines are currently recruiting experienced Class 2 Drivers for an exciting opportunity based in Colnbrook, working on behalf of a leading logistics and infrastructure provider specialising in secure storage and smart delivery solutions.

The Role

This is a hands-on position involving the delivery and full installation of secure locker units used for parcel storage and collection. This is not just a driving role — you will be heavily involved in the installation process. You’ll be working as part of a two-person team alongside a technician, assisting with positioning, lifting, assembling, and installing large modular units on-site. A strong work ethic and willingness to get stuck in are essential.

About the Work

You’ll be supporting a well-established company that designs and deploys innovative locker solutions for retail, residential, and commercial environments. The role involves travelling across a national network, including locations such as Scotland, Manchester, and Newcastle, helping to expand their growing infrastructure. Due to the nature of the role, overnight stays will be required. Hotel accommodation and expenses are fully covered, ensuring you are comfortable while working away from home.

Requirements

  • Valid Class 2 (Category C) licence
  • CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
  • Physically fit and capable of heavy manual work on a daily basis
  • Comfortable with installation work and using basic tools
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Willingness to work long-distance routes and stay away when required
