This is a fantastic opportunity for a HGV Class 2 Tipper Driver looking for consistent, local work with a reputable civil engineering specialist.
The Role
- Operating an 8‑wheel Class 2 tipper vehicle.
- Transporting aggregates, soil, and muck‑away materials.
- Navigating active construction sites and quarries safely.
- Conducting daily vehicle walk‑around checks.
- Adhering to all tachograph and driving regulations.
Pay & Hours
- £15.00 per hour.
- Monday to Friday operations.
- Typical start times: 06:30 / 07:00.
- Ongoing long‑term work available for the right driver.
Requirements
- Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) Licence.
- Up‑to‑date CPC and digital tachograph card.
- Previous experience operating a tipper or 8‑wheel rigid vehicle (preferred).
- Good knowledge of the North East road network.
- Ability to work independently and follow site safety protocols.
