The Best Connection are currently seeking Stock Operatives to work for a world-renowned luxury department store in Knightsbridge, London on an ongoing temporary basis.
Pay Rates: £13.50 per hour (rises to £15.29 per hour after 12 weeks)
Hours of Work: Working any 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis. Shift times: Earliest start time from 08:00, latest finishing time 20:30.
Responsibilities:
- Unloading and sorting incoming deliveries
- Restocking shelves and the shop floor
- Checking delivery paperwork matches the stock
- Counting items and checking for any damaged goods
- Manual lifting and moving of stock around the store
- Apply accurate red sticker labels to designated products in line with store policies
- Check product dates, quality, and condition to determine eligibility for markdown
- Ensure pricing updates are correct and clearly visible to customers
Requirements:
- Reliable, hardworking, proactive and a good team player
- Able to follow instructions closely
- Basic reading and maths skills
- Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Able to travel easily to Knightsbridge for the shift times
- Flexible with work schedule / hours
