The Best Connection are currently seeking a Receiving Bank Warehouse Operative to work for a world-renowned luxury department store in Knightsbridge, London on an ongoing temporary basis.
Pay Rates: £13.50 per hour (rises to £15.29 per hour after 12 weeks)
Hours of Work: Working any 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis. Shift times: Earliest starting from 08:00 - 16:00, Latest finishing time 12:30 - 20:30
Responsibilities:
- Basic understanding of GDPR relating to customer details
- Assisting with loading and unloading deliveries
- Checking delivery paperwork matches the stock
- Counting items and checking for any damaged goods
- Manual lifting and moving of stock around the warehouse
- Putting cardboard in compactors, assisting with putting waste in recycling bins
Requirements:
- Reliable, hardworking, and a good team player
- Able to follow instructions closely
- Basic reading and maths skills
- Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Able to travel easily to Knightsbridge for the shift times
- Basic computer literacy
