Care Connection are recruiting experienced Support Workers to support our clients in the Wiltshire area. This is a temporary, flexible role, you will be working across a variety of care settings, supporting our clients with staffing gaps.

A Support Worker is required to deliver support within an adult’s health or social care environment. Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting clients with daily living tasks or development of new skills
  • One‑to‑one work with adults or with other support workers or health professionals
  • Working in various settings (home, garden, community)

The worker must follow the client’s support plan, ensuring safety, client communication, and adherence to any end‑of‑life instructions where relevant.
