We are currently seeking an Airfreight Operations Specialist to join our clients growing logistics team based in Burnham, Slough. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated freight professional with strong operational knowledge and experience managing end-to-end airfreight shipments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage airfreight shipments from booking through to final delivery
- Prepare and issue customer quotations
- Arrange transport and coordinate logistics efficiently
- Handle airline bookings and liaise directly with carriers
- Complete and process customs entries accurately
- Prepare and complete Air Waybills (AWBs) and all associated documentation
- Ensure compliance with all relevant freight and dangerous goods regulations
- Maintain excellent communication with customers, agents, and suppliers
Requirements
