We are currently seeking an Airfreight Operations Specialist to join our clients growing logistics team based in Burnham, Slough. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated freight professional with strong operational knowledge and experience managing end-to-end airfreight shipments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage airfreight shipments from booking through to final delivery
  • Prepare and issue customer quotations
  • Arrange transport and coordinate logistics efficiently
  • Handle airline bookings and liaise directly with carriers
  • Complete and process customs entries accurately
  • Prepare and complete Air Waybills (AWBs) and all associated documentation
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant freight and dangerous goods regulations
  • Maintain excellent communication with customers, agents, and suppliers
