The Best Connection are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Call Centre Agent to join a busy customer service team in Goldthorpe, Rotherham.

Location: Rotherham

Salary: £28,000 per annum

Hours: 7am–4pm or 8am–5pm (Monday to Friday, no weekends)

Duties include:

  • Handling customer enquiries and service requests
  • Scheduling and coordinating jobs across the UK
  • Supporting customers with orders and online systems
  • Assisting with onboarding onto the company platform
  • General admin and customer service support

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous customer service or call centre experience
  • Good organisation and attention to detail
  • Comfortable using systems and handling multiple tasks
