About the Role

Class 1 (C+E) Day Driver responsible for multidrop deliveries to customer sites as per planned routes.

Responsibilities

  • Complete full pre- and post-vehicle checks
  • Carry out multidrop deliveries to customer sites as per planned routes
  • Follow delivery schedules and instructions accurately
  • Complete trunking, palletised multidrop deliveries or general haulage work (depending on route)
  • Communicate professionally with the transport office and customers
  • Ensure all paperwork and delivery notes are completed correctly
  • Adhere to all company and industry health & safety procedures

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Valid Class 1 (LGV C+E) Licence
  • Previous Class 1 driving experience
  • Experience with multidrop work preferred
  • No more than 6 penalty points (no major endorsements)
  • Valid CPC & Digital Tachograph card
  • Reliable, professional and punctual
  • Comfortable with early morning starts
