As an Aluminium Fabricator, you’ll play a key role in producing and assembling aluminium and steel components to the highest standards of accuracy, durability, and finish, working from technical drawings. We’re looking for someone who is flexible, reliable, and committed. Overtime is available when business demands require it. This is a temp to perm role for the right candidate.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday rotating shifts: 07:00-15:30 / 11:00-19:30

Salary: £16.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fabricate and assemble aluminium and steel components with precision and accuracy.
  • Carry out MIG work (and TIG where applicable) to ensure strength, durability, and a high‑quality finish.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Check completed work meets required standards for quality and durability.
  • Follow internal production processes and update progress where required.
  • Work closely with colleagues and supervisors to ensure smooth project completion.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven experience in aluminium fabrication (experience with steel desirable).
  • Skilled in MIG welding (TIG desirable but not essential).
  • Ability to read and work from technical drawings.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Flexible, reliable, and willing to work overtime when required.
  • Good teamwork, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Confident in taking on new challenges.
  • Hands‑on and practical, with an eye for detail.
  • Team player with a positive, can‑do attitude.
