The Best Connection is currently recruiting a skilled and reliable Administrator to join a well-established meat production facility in East Grinstead. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and customer-focused individual to support daily operations in a busy production environment.
Hours
- Monday - Friday
- 8am to 4:30pm
- 1 hour lunch break
Pay
£12.71 per hour, however there is flexibility depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer orders and enter them accurately into the system.
- Act as first point of contact for customer queries and complaints.
- Coordinate with drivers regarding deliveries, returns, and rejected goods.
- Ensure delivery paperwork and invoices are prepared and ready on time.
- Handle incoming calls efficiently and professionally.
- Resolve delivery issues and elevate to management when required.
- Maintain accurate records, including filing, photocopying, and production documents.
