We are currently recruiting a Class 1 (C+E) Driver for a temp to perm opportunity based in Accrington, offering excellent earning potential and long-term stability.
- Salary: £14.50 per hour
- Overtime after 40 hours: £19.50
- Increased rates on Sundays and Bank Holidays: £25.50
- Increased rates for any hours worked between 00:00 – 04:00 (unsociable hours): £25.50
Contract: Temp to Perm (14 weeks)
Opportunity to move onto a permanent contract after 14 weeks.
Class 1 driving work includes a mixture of trunking and deliveries (depending on client requirements) with potential for night out work, ensuring all loads are transported safely and efficiently.
Driver Requirements:
- Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence
- Minimum 6 months Class 1 driving experience
- Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph card
- Good understanding of drivers’ hours and working time regulations
