The Best Connection are seeking to recruit 7.5T (C1) Night Drivers to work with their client based in Newton Aycliffe. This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced 7.5T (C1) Night Drivers looking for ongoing, stable work. Our client delivers on behalf of some of the UK’s leading retailers, e‑tailers, and manufacturers, specialising in white goods and furniture.
The role:
- Night trunk runs from Newton Aycliffe to Wigan and return for 7.5T (C1) Night Drivers.
- You will be responsible for transporting white goods and furniture as a 7.5T (C1) Night Driver.
- Loading and unloading will be required as part of the role.
- The role will involve heavy lifting; drivers must be comfortable with physical work.
- This is a customer facing role, so you must be friendly and professional as you will be representing both the Client and The Best Connection.
The candidate:
- Valid 7.5T (C1) driving licence.
- Comfortable with heavy lifting.
- 1 year experience as a 7.5T Driver.
Hours of work:
- Sunday to Thursday pattern.
- Finish approximately 06:00am.
