The Bespoke Clinic is a private, CQC-registered space in Newcastle specialising in functional medicine, hormone support, and integrative skin care.

  • Welcoming patients and managing calls, emails & video appointments
  • Ordering stock, monitoring supplies and expiry dates
  • Preparing treatment rooms and ensuring everything is ready for appointments

Requirements:

  • Experience in a clinic, private healthcare, or wellness setting

This is a part-time role, minimum 16 hours per week, ideally spread over 3–4 days. Occasional evening or Saturday flexibility may be needed as the clinic grows.

From £14.00 per hour, depending on experience.
