The Bespoke Clinic is a private, CQC-registered space in Newcastle specialising in functional medicine, hormone support, and integrative skin care. This is more than a receptionist or admin role — you’ll be the first smile our patients see and the lasting impression they leave with. You’ll take ownership of the patient journey from first enquiry to follow-up, creating a seamless, serene, and personal experience every time.
What you’ll be doing:
- Welcoming patients and managing calls, emails & video appointments
- Organising bookings, reminders, and patient follow-ups
- Ordering stock, monitoring supplies and expiry dates
- Liaising with labs and supplement companies — ordering tests, chasing results
- Taking payments and keeping records up to date
- Managing patient recalls and outstanding admin tasks
- Preparing treatment rooms and ensuring everything is ready for appointments
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and infection control
- Recommending supplements, skincare or treatments where appropriate
- Occasionally supporting events, social media or marketing

Pay & Benefits:
- From £14.00/hour, depending on experience
