We’re looking for a reliable
Driver to join our team.
In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for transporting tools, equipment, and supplies to and from job sites, while also supporting our shop operations with a variety of manual tasks.

Key Responsibilities
- Inspect, maintain, and perform minor repairs on small tools and equipment.
- Operate a small warehouse forklift to load, unload, and move materials in the yard.
- Safely transport tools, equipment, and materials to and from job sites.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks on site.
- Perform routine shop duties maintaining clean, organized, and safe workspaces in the shop/tool house.
- Stack and store materials in a safe and orderly manner.
- Wear appropriate safety gear and follow safety protocols at all times.
- Report any safety concerns to the Superintendent immediately.
- Participate in all safety meetings and initiatives.
- Take on other duties as needed to support field and shop operations.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license in good standing.
- DOT medical card, or the ability to obtain one during the hiring process.
- Forklift certification.
- 1–3 years of relevant work experience in a laborer or driving role.
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and perform tasks involving bending, stooping, and physical labor.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety.
