Main duties and responsibilities:
- Assist that food is prepared and presented to the highest standards as required by the Hotel.
- Produce food as directed by the Sous chef / Chef de Partie and to present it at the times required.
- Be fully conversant with all Restaurants, Bars, Banqueting and Floor Service dessert menus, in particular items which are the responsibility of your section and of their recipes and quantities.
- Advise Chef de Partie/sous chef of any irregularities in stock control.
- Assist Chef de Partie/sous chef in rotation of stocks and correct storage procedures.
