Berkeley Scott is looking for an experienced Chef Manager to work across a range of catering and hospitality sites throughout Leicester and the surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and organised professional who enjoys leading kitchen teams, maintaining high operational standards, and delivering outstanding food service.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operation of busy kitchen environments
- Lead, support, and inspire kitchen teams to achieve high standards
- Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and allergen regulations
- Deliver consistently high-quality food and excellent presentation
- Control stock levels, place orders, and manage kitchen budgets effectively
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and site management
- Assist with menu planning, cost control, and operational improvements

To be considered for this role
- Food Safety Level 2 Certificate
- Food Allergen Awareness Certificate
- Previous experience as a Chef Manager within a high-volume catering environment
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- A professional, reliable, and proactive approach
- Own transport is preferred due to travel between multiple client sites
