Responsibilities:

  • Manage kitchen operations in all aspects, including cost control and maintaining Health and Safety and Food Safety standards.
  • Create menus and dishes to a high standard with flair and passion.
  • Inspire and lead the team, providing training and development opportunities.
  • Maintain focus on both team and guest experience.
  • Operate up to 200 covers per day across two restaurants (one fine dining, one casual).
  • Display a flexible attitude and a desire to help the business grow.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • 3 AA Rosettes experience in a fine dining setting.
  • Strong leadership, training and development skills.
  • Knowledge of high-standard menu creation.
  • Experience managing multiple restaurants.
  • Fine dining experience required.
