We are looking for an exceptional Learning & Development Manager to join our Human Resources department at The Berkeley & The Emory.

The Berkeley is perfectly positioned between Hyde Park, fashionable Knightsbridge and the residential neighbourhood of Belgravia. Its signature experiences include the famed The Berkeley Bar & Terrace, and The Berkeley Café.
As a Learning & Development Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Facilitating learning and development programmes within The Berkeley & The Emory and across the Maybourne.
- Promoting learning and development at The Berkeley & The Emory both internally and externally, on and off the job and for employees within the Hotel.
- Driving service and quality standards through targeted solutions.
- Assisting with the design and delivery of training programmes and departmental specific training initiatives.
- Design and delivery of creative and impactful short training sessions within the departments.

- Provide intuitive service, with absolute understanding of our guests' needs to support departments to create exceptional service experiences that result in lasting memories.
