We're looking for enthusiastic, friendly and reliable Bar Staff to join our team for the exciting race season. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, thrive on delivering excellent customer service, and want to be part of some of the biggest events on the East Coast, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks efficiently and responsibly.
  • Delivering outstanding customer service with a friendly, professional attitude.
  • Operating tills and handling payments accurately.
  • Keeping the bar clean, stocked and well-presented throughout service.
  • Following licensing, food hygiene and health & safety procedures.
  • Working as part of a busy team to create an enjoyable experience for racegoers.

Shift Information:

  • Seasonal race meetings and special events.
  • Primarily afternoons, evenings and weekends.
  • Shift lengths vary depending on the event.

Qualifications:

  • A positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment.
  • Reliable, punctual and flexible with weekend and event-day availability.
  • Previous bar or hospitality experience is an advantage but not essential for the right candidate.
