Role Description
As a Door Person at The Berkeley you will be creating the first and last impressions to all of our guests. You will welcome guests to the hotel and deliver outstanding customer service by assisting with knowledge of the local area and hotel in addition to arranging transportation for our guests.
At The Berkeley you will also have pleasure in providing a warm and personal welcome to our most regular guests and be able to recall and use their names.
Entry Requirements
We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated individual who we anticipate will have worked in a similar role within the hospitality or travel and tourism industry. The ideal candidate will be a team player who is a fast learner, adaptable and has exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
