The Berkeley is seeking a Development Surveyor to take ownership of the commercial management of the Wandsworth Mills development in London.
You will ensure cost certainty, value optimisation and strong supply chain performance throughout the lifecycle, working with Technical, Construction and Sales teams.
You will lead budgets, forecasting, reporting and contract administration, driving best-in-class delivery while aligning with Berkeley standards and governance across all stages of the project.
