- Flexible agency work to suit your availability
- Regular shifts and ongoing opportunities
- Work across schools and contract catering sites
- Support from an experienced chef recruitment team
- Running the day-to-day kitchen operation
- Preparing and cooking fresh, high-quality food
- Leading and supporting the kitchen team
- Maintaining excellent food safety, hygiene and allergen standards
- Managing stock and minimising food waste
- Ensuring meals are prepared and served on time
- Working closely with the client and catering team
- Previous experience as a Chef Manager, Head Chef, Sous Chef or Senior Chef
- Experience leading or supervising a kitchen team
- Contract catering or education experience is desirable
- Food Safety Level 2
- Food Allergen Awareness
- Reliable, professional and flexible approach
