We’re looking for an experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen at our brand-new B&I site, serving high-quality breakfasts and lunches, with hospitality support when required. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a fresh food operation and help shape the culinary direction of a rapidly growing contract catering company where food is at the forefront of everything they do.
About the Role
- Lead a busy kitchen delivering 200–250 fresh lunches daily
- Create and cook vibrant, fresh dishes including street food specials, salad bar options, and hot mains
- Oversee breakfast service and occasional hospitality catering
- Manage, mentor, and nurture a small, passionate team, developing their skills and confidence
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety
