I am looking for a talented and passionate Sous Chef to join the team at one of the most exciting hospitality venues in the area. This is an incredible opportunity to work alongside an exceptional Executive Chef in a stunning multi-outlet venue delivering outstanding food experiences across a Scandinavian-style à la carte restaurant, stylish lounge offering, and vibrant rooftop menus. Our venue is known for delivering high-quality food, exceptional service, and memorable dining experiences. We are now searching for a strong Sous Chef who thrives in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment and is ready to take the next step in their career.
The Role
As Sous Chef, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the kitchen operation, supporting the Executive Chef across multiple concepts within the venue. You will help lead and inspire the team while maintaining the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
What We're Looking For
- Strong Sous Chef experience within high-end or premium restaurant environments
- Experience working within quality-driven, high-volume kitchens
- Previous exposure to events and large-scale service preferred
- Passion for modern Scandinavian-inspired cuisine and fresh seasonal ingredients
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Calm under pressure with strong organisational abilities
- A hands-on chef who leads from the front
