What you'll be doing
- Supporting the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen.
- Leading and developing the team during service.
- Working with outstanding seasonal produce sourced from the UK and Europe.
- Producing elevated, award-winning dishes rooted in classic cooking.
What we're looking for
- Experience as a Junior Sous Chef ready for the next step or an established Senior Sous Chef from a Premium or high end restaurant/Hotel
- Strong classical cooking skills working with fresh produce and attention to detail.
- A passion for high-quality ingredients Fish/Meat and continuous development.
- A positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a professional, fast-paced kitchen.
