Responsibilities
- Catering for residents within a luxury care home setting
- Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef with daily kitchen operations
- Confidently managing your own section within the kitchen
- Preparing fresh, nutritious, high-quality meals
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and hygienic workstation
- Supporting with dietary requirements and special menus where required
What we are looking for
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as a Chef de Partie or Senior CDP
- Experience within healthcare, hospitality, restaurants, hotels, or care environments
- Kosher experience desirable, but not essential
- Strong understanding of food hygiene and kitchen safety
- Reliable, professional, and adaptable attitude
- Excellent timekeeping and communication skills

- 2x Employment References
- Food Safety Certificates including Level 2 Food Safety
