The Berkeley Scott Group is recruiting a Sous Chef for education catering in Pontefract. This 37.5-hour week runs 6am-2pm, Monday to Friday, term time only (39 weeks), with free meals, parking and gym access.
You will lead shifts in the absence of the Head Chef and oversee production for breakfast, lunch and dinner across multiple outlets for 2500+ students. The role requires prior Sous Chef experience in a high-volume setting, IT literacy, and a passion for food and people.
