Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience as a Pastry Chef with proven reliability and pastry skills.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently while maintaining quality under pressure.
  • Strong understanding of food hygiene, allergen management, and labelling regulations.
  • Up-to-date food safety and hygiene certifications.
  • Excellent communication skills, positive attitude, and team-focused approach.
  • Clean chef whites/uniform and own knives/equipment required.
